| Many of our homes feature: |
Nearly full brick construction with concrete tile roofs and Pella "Low E" clad windows and doors. |
Concrete and composite siding and plastic decking combined with wrought-iron railings create lasting, low maintenance exteriors. |
Full walkout basements with concrete safe rooms, radiant floor heating and a high efficiency HVAC system. |
If you don't like the weather in Kansas, wait
15 minutes and it will change!
It sounds cliché, but Kansas weather creates many challenges in building quality homes that will last. Materials and processes that work in more temperate climates wither when exposed to weeks of below freezing or above 100 degree temperatures.
Worse yet, some days will reach 80 only to have nighttime lows in the 20's. Such wide variances wreak havoc on building materials, not to mention tornado-force winds, hail, etc.
Now, if you still want to move here
don't you want a builder that uses the newest proven methods available along with those that have withstood the test of time?
